Welcome to the website of Christine Stephenson, Medical Herbalist, BSc MNIMH.  I have been practicing in the area of West Wales where I live since qualifying in 2002.  I am a member of the National Institute of Medical Herbalists (established in 1864).   I am also a qualified Reflexologist (see page for Reflexology).

The holistic approach of herbal medicine may be helpful to you with regard to:-
