Learn about herbs that can help us adapt to seasonal change. Focusing on how this may help us be more resilient to stress and enhance immunity.  Particular focus will be on roots and berries that you can prepare and use at home.

Capturing the Essence of Summer 


Saturday – 5th August at Betws Ifan Village Hall – 10.30 till 3pm  or

Saturday – 12th August at Abercych Village Hall  –  10.30 till 3pm

Learn how to preserve the best of Summer herbs with local Medical Herbalist, Christine Stephenson.  Useful tips on drying, making herb infused oils, honeys, vinegars, oxymels and cordials.  Emphasis will be on capturing the scent, colour, flavours and medicinal qualities present in herbs ready for harvest this season.  

£30.00 per person – this price includes one item to take home – further ingredients/materials can be purchased .
